I grew up as an athlete and spent most of my life as a competitive swimmer. But I was sidelined with an injury back in 2012 and ended up putting on a heap of weight.
Then I decided enough is enough – I was fed up with my body, the lack of control and confidence. So I began taking my fitness and nutrition more seriously, by educating myself and working harder, to gain back control of my body.
I am passionate about health and fitness to show others that they do NOT need to take extreme measures just to look a certain way. You deserve to be the best version of yourself in the healthiest, most sustainable way possible.
I go the extra mile for my clients, providing in-depth discussion about form, technique and other helpful tips. I want to educate and empower my audience only in ways that are understandable and applicable in daily life.
